Richard LeBlanc - Operations Manager - Richard@yjdrilling.com
Richard LeBlanc has been working in the drilling industry for over 20 years. He began working in oil exploration, from 1978 to 1986. From 1986, he continued his career in the environmental drilling industry, and in 1998, he started his own company - Yellow Jacket Drilling. His work ethic, knowledge, professionalism, and energy set the pace for the rest of the team. He is a Certified Well Driller and Certified Pump Installer with the National Ground Water Association (NGWA). Richard is actively involved in all aspects of the business, and he ensures that everyone provides the high level of service that Yellow Jacket Drilling has earned its reputation for.

Paul McAlpine - Project Manager / Health and Safety Officer - Paul@yjdrilling.com
Paul McAlpine has been involved in the environmental industry for over 13 years, ever since he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Northern Arizona University. Paul has experience working as an Environmental Technician, a Senior Staff Scientist, and now at Yellow Jacket Drilling, as a Project Manager for the company’s major oil corporation clients. He additionally serves as the company’s Health and Safety Officer. Paul’s vast experience and knowledge significantly contribute to Yellow Jacket Drilling’s success today.

Beau Burgess - Project Manager - Beau@yjdrilling.com
A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Geology degree, Beau Burgess has over 10 years experience in the geotechnical and environmental drilling and consulting industry. He has a keen understanding of handling projects with atypical drilling conditions such as limited access and specialty access requirements, including drilling on water from barges, drilling in remote areas where typical drilling equipment is inaccessible, and drilling in adverse conditions and sites. He is an excellent source of information and a great asset to the Yellow Jacket family.

Keith Enlow - Shop Supervisor
Keith Enlow has been with Yellow Jacket Drilling since early 2001. His main responsibility is to manage the Yellow Jacket fleet of equipment and ensure all maintenance is performed properly to keep us operating at the safest possible level. His previous drilling experience with Yellow Jacket Drilling enables him to provide an even higher level of understanding and support for our crews as he also assists them with pre- and post-project functions. Keith plays an essential role in keeping our operations at Yellow Jacket Drilling running smoothly.

Marion Phillips - Field Supervisor
Marion Phillips began his drilling career in 1989, and has been drilling and supervising drill crews ever since. He joined Yellow Jacket in 2003, and was one of our most experienced drillers before being promoted to Field Supervisor. He has an understanding of virtually all types of drilling conditions and methods, and plays a crucial role in our larger air rotary drilling rig operations. His discipline and extensive drilling knowledge are a valuable resource in keeping our projects on track, and he is an important asset to our team.

Jacob Lagana - Field Supervisor
Jacob Lagana began his drilling career with Yellow Jacket Drilling in February, 2000. He has an outstanding reputation for his drilling capabilities, and is one of our clients’ most requested drillers. He has experience in every type of drilling we do, and his quality of work, customer service skills, dependability, and great attitude make him a very effective leader for our crews.
